Shepherd's Pie

A cozy, fork-through-the-layers kind of dish: seasoned ground lamb in a savory gravy, dotted with sweet peas and corn, tucked under a golden lid of cheddar-infused mashed potatoes. The mash is buttery and smooth with just a hint of white pepper, while a side of garlic-slicked green beans adds some savory crunch.
