Garlic-Chili Shrimp Fideua

A Spanish coastal classic often compared to paella, fideua trades rice for toasted noodles that soak up saffron-scented broth and slow-cooked sofrito. Chef Sandra tops the pasta with garlic-chili shrimp, wilted spinach, and blistered tomatoes. Served with bright lemon aioli and a fresh squeeze of lemon.
