Grilled Moruno Chicken Breast

Chef Sandra draws on Spanish Moorish tradition: chicken breast marinated in a paste of sweet paprika, cumin, thyme, and garlic, then roasted until golden. Served with a silky Romesco sauce made with slow-roasted peppers, tomatoes, and toasted almonds blended with garlic confit and a splash of sherry vinegar.
