Chef John whips up a slice of summer, starting with grilled naan—charred, chewy, olive oil-slicked—slathered in basil pesto and piled with kale, roasted red onion, blistered tomatoes, and sweet bursts of corn. Fresh mozzarella and Grana Padano form the classic molten topping, sealed with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Maybe try with a tomato sauce? Didn’t love the kale pesto.
