Petit Trois Burger & Tater tots

Leave it to Chef Ludo to give the cheeseburger a très français makeover. The Petit Trois Burger—affectionately dubbed “Le Petit Mec”—is a glorious mash-up of American comfort and French bistro flair. Juicy beef patties, layered with melted cheddar, are paired with two different sauces: a rich Bordelaise made from red wine and caramelized shallots, and a tangy mayo-mustard infused with pickles and ketchup. Served with tater tots, and a little je ne sais quoi.
