Inspired by the bright flavors of Hawaiian poke, this bowl starts with a base of fluffy tricolor quinoa layered with diced avocado, julienned cucumber and carrot, and tender edamame. A flaky pan-seared salmon fillet crowns the mix, served with a tangy ponzu sauce sparked with serrano pepper.

The salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious tasting.

The piece of salmon was huge! The sides were also a generous portion. The seasoning level was light; a little more would enhance the flavor. Ours did not include the avocado. Might order again.
