Chef Akhtar brings together two traditional Indian dishes and puts his own unique spin on them. Classic butter chicken brings satisfying comfort, which tender pieces of chicken in a rich, creamy tomato curry, and is the perfect foil to kale-cilantro saag, sautéed greens with loads of aromatic herbs and spices. The two flavor-packed dishes are served over a bed of fluffy Jasmine rice with a side of soft, buttery naan to soak up all the wonderful sauces.
