These brownies strike a rich middle ground between indulgent and feel-good. Made with almond flour, Greek yogurt, cocoa, and a handful of chocolate chips for extra gooeyness, they offer just enough sweetness with a bit of added protein. A layer of glossy chocolate ganache poured over the top takes them firmly into treat territory—fudgy, satisfying, and unexpectedly balanced.
I hate to say it, but this was the worst food experience I've had on CU so far. Did the chef forget to add sugar? It tasted like a kid dipping their finger into cocoa powder thinking it'd taste sweet.

Love the chocolate. I have cut the two bars in half and get to enjoy the chocolate for four desserts.

Very rich and decadent. I'll probably cut the next one in half.

very rich chocolate taste. It seems like it would be more caloric or have more calories. You get used to the strong chocolate taste, and it becomes delicious.

Just have a preference for a less bitter chocolate icing
