Chef Akhtar’s Morning Glory muffins are an ideal on-the-go breakfast or afternoon power snack. These lightly sweet treats are packed with nutrients, fiber, and flavor, thanks to the combination of honeycrisp apples, carrots, and golden raisins. Warm them up and savor the fragrant aroma of cinnamon and vanilla that fills your kitchen.
Takes like a healthy carrot cake but crumbles easily and fell all over my car. Too calorie dense to order again to make it worth it.

these are great, but the calorie counts on them are insane for the size. I'm hoping someone can do some magic because I'd love to order again

They’re very moist due to all the different types of oils and there’s a lot of fiber so it’s quite healthy. But 500+ calories per muffin? Yikes! I only ate half a muffin to start as I didn’t want to fill up on carbs and fat without much protein. The taste is a little bland despite all the good stuff in it, like apples, carrots and raisins. It needs more spices—more cinnamon and maybe some other complimentary spices like nutmeg or allspice to give it some pizazz.

Always a favorite for easy breakfast. I also hope the breakfast carrot muffins will come back. I miss them a lot.
