The salmon was great and the sauce was very good. There was just so much bok choy! I like bok choy with other things, but by this much of it by itself was a little overwhelming.

Tasted great! but portion was too small. It was much smaller than previous order.
Again, not enough sauce.

Sauce was a bit runny, but overall solid meal.
Wish it had a bit more....something. Especially as the bokchoy doesn't reheat well, so ends up with our chickens.
Probably not one we would order again as it is not overly filling when it is just a piece of fish...but still a good piece of fish!

Bugs on the bok choy. Was not washed thoroughly.

Finally, a salmon dish that isn't spicy! I use Cook Unity for meals like this–to incorporate more fish and vegetables into my diet during a busy workweek. SO many of the salmon dishes light my mouth on fire, in a bad way (like I was starting to wonder if they put so much spice to hide mediocre fish cuts 😳). This one is simple and healthy, you can actually taste the salmon and tell it's cooked well.
