Italian Chicken Rollatini
There were barely and mashed potatoes. Also this chicken is supposed to be stuffed with spinach and ham but there was barely and of either of those. All and all this was a super disappointing dish.

Ropa Vieja Cubana
Cauliflower salad doesn’t go with ropa vieja and it was unexpectedly spicy. Rice would be better. Ropa vieja was too salty, we couldn’t finish the meal.

The potato scoop was a bit odd. Pasta would have made more sense. I would have liked more sauce. the chicken was really good.

Shrimp Quesadillas Gobernador
There was a minimum amount of minced shrimp. I could detect shrimp in only one bite. The vegetables were very good, and both sauces were spectacular. I had no trouble heating the dish.
