Crispy Salmon Tacos
Total showstopper. Standing ovation. Possibly my favorite meal so far. The marriage of flavors here were so bright and delightful. I would order this over and over again.

Spicy Chicken Tinga Quesadilla
was very bad this time. smelled like old socks. I took a few bites and started gagging. I don't know what happened.

Spicy Chicken Tenders
Maybe too much fried chicken. Maybe less fried chicken and another veg to supplement potato. Potatoes and sauce great. Chicken probably benefited greatly from air fryer reheat.
