Mushroom & Swiss Beef Burger
This was ok. I put the fries on a sheet of foil with some light cooking spray to get them to crisp up. Not the best I think for this format.

Ropa Vieja Cubana
Pretty good! Tasty, felt pretty healthy and nutritious, and a good size portion. I could always use more plantains

Chipotle BBQ Chicken Quesadilla
This is the second dish that has been missing an advertised ingredient. It came with some loose iceberg lettuce in there bottom that I thought was just meant to be garnish or something. It was not grilled cabbage. Even if it had been, it was like a pinch of it, not a side. I’m not exaggerating, this is just how it showed up

Chicken-Florentine
The sauce needs to be in a cup like many of the others. I didn't realize this dish would end up swimming in a sea of sauce. Therefore, the chicken got poached and the texture changed (which I do NOT like). This image looks like many of the other, you cook the meal and pour the sauce on. That would be a ton better

Chipotle BBQ Chicken Quesadilla
Very yummy. It would likely be better if you take the lettuce out before heating also. I get that it looks nice with the lettuce underneath but it tastes better with crisp lettuce. Although, as usual, how the heck did this recipe get to 2000 sodium? That is the actual daily allowance. Somehow there has to be a way to make things taste good without blowing out people's salt intake.
