Chef Anne whipped this one up on her Food Network show Dessert First, and it’s got all the hits: buttery brioche, a generous layer of Nutella, and a dose of naturally sweet banana. The bread is pressed into sandwiches, cubed, and soaked in vanilla custard, then baked until plush. Served with extra Nutella on the side, it’s pure comfort with a chocolaty twist.
Thought I picked the one w cream on top. Not a huge fan of bread pudding. My wife picked it & she loved the Nutella sauce.

the nutella sauce was delicious. the banana in the bread pudding needed to be blended better. I also don't know if it just didn't hold up well in the fridge but it just wasn't good.

It may just be that bread pudding is not for me as a whole. But I was not a fan.

I’m a bread pudding gal. The best part of bed pudding is the texture that it’s like putting in. This was just a little dry. Missed the mark but the flavor was good

I would have liked it more if has some nuts or raisins in it. Just my preference. I did not use the Nutella sauce because I don’t care for it.

This was pretty good. You could taste the banana, and the Nutella sauce worked very well with it. Portion was large for one person. Probably good for two people or meals.
