Chef Anne whipped this one up on her Food Network show Dessert First, and it’s got all the hits: buttery brioche, a generous layer of Nutella, and a dose of naturally sweet banana. The bread is pressed into sandwiches, cubed, and soaked in vanilla custard, then baked until plush. Served with extra Nutella on the side, it’s pure comfort with a chocolaty twist.
the large banana chunks mixed with the doughy bread make a bad taste/texture. I think if the brioche was made with a banana puree and topped with caramelized thin sliced banana it would be much better

Tell us more about wonderful. I’d give it a five but it was difficult to heat inside without drying outside. I eventually used foil. Also, I just don’t know if I can give a five to something many Cals
