Chef Anne gives the beloved Caesar a colorful, keto-friendly glow-up. Plump grilled shrimp rest on a bed of crisp cabbage and peppery radicchio, studded with toasted almonds. The creamy dressing stays true to its anchovy roots, with the addition of miso and tamari packing the umami. Finished with a generous dusting of Parmesan, this Caesar is brighter, bolder, and nutrient-packed.
Really needs more lettuce! But the dressing is so good.

Stalky, skimpy yellow salad greens.

shrimp didn't look or taste grilled. they need some kind of char or sear. and maybe some tomatoes, lemon or other acid.

Loved the dressing and the salad was perfect! Plus, the fact that OnTrac actually delivered the box right side up and almost in the shade (I live in the Mojave Desert) was a bonus!

This tasted good, and portion size was perfect. But didn't travel very well. Cabbage (which is def "sturdier" than lettuce) was wilted and not "bright." Delivery arrived late afternoon on a hot day.

Concept dish was prob v good. Actualization is awful. Shrimp was gross, greens wilted and not well chosen, delivery was late. Dressing was great, so one out of five. Could’ve been good…
