Tender slices of flank steak are seared to a juicy medium, and paired with soft eggs scrambled with butter and a splash of cream. Golden tater tots add a comforting bite, while a side of smoky chipotle crema brings a little heat to the plate.

I was disappointed because the steak was dry and did not look as appetizing as the photo. It looked old. The tater tots did not reheat well. I would not purchase again.

The meat used is not great. It’s always grisly, tough to chew. EVERYTIME I’ve gotten steak from this company, regardless of the chef, it’s always the same: chewy, tough, grisly.

Very disappointed. Wish steak looked like photo. Instead, super overcooked & obviously worse after heating. Hockey pucks. Eggs horrible, taste fake, stick together, bad consistency. Tots mushy, have to toast for any crispness. Chef Curtis might be able to help you figure out tots.

My son loved it but he wished the eggs had cheese in them.
