Baked tofu cubes bring savory heft to this vibrant bowl, paired with nutty tri-color quinoa, crisp broccoli, and bright edamame. A drizzle of housemade sweet chili sauce—spiked with Fresno peppers and maple—pulls it all together.

Sauce was good but not quite enough of it for the size of the dish.

I very much enjoyed this. I don't typically like dishes with chili but it was a good balance of sweet and spice.

This was okay. Good portion and ingredients. Would’ve liked a little more sauce or flavor to the sauce. The texture of reheated tofu is not my favorite, but I’d still try this again for a lunch option

My suggestion: Order it!
I chose it as a "health conscious" choice. But I ended up impressed and could taste the attention to detail and appreciation of each ingredient. Flavor and spice were 🤌
