Chef Einat’s take on the Turkish-style Iskender kebab starts with thinly shaved ribeye shawarma, topped with a warm, spiced tomato sauce that deepens its smoky flavor. It’s served over creamy mashed potatoes, with blistered cherry tomatoes and jalapeños adding brightness and heat. A cooling yogurt-tahini mint sauce ties everything together to create a vibrant, comforting dish that beautifully blends Middle Eastern and Turkish influences.
