The Bear’s Chicago Italian Beef Pappardelle

Chef Einat transforms her cult-favorite Italian beef—made iconic by The Bear—into a pasta-forward comfort dish. Pulled beef is slowly braised with oregano, basil, celery seed, and chili until deeply savory, then tossed with wide pappardelle noodles that soak up its rich jus. Finished with sharp provolone and a trio of sautéed red, yellow, and green bell peppers for sweetness, color, and balance.
