Middle-Eastern Vegetable & Chickpea Tagine

Bring one of Chef Einat's signature dishes to the table—you won't regret it. Cauliflower, sweet potatoes and chickpeas are cooked in a hearty tagine broth perfumed with Persian lime and preserved lemon. Accompanied by the traditional fluffy couscous and chirchi, a spiced butternut squash purée, and topped with toasted almonds, this is a truly unforgettable dish.
