Inspired by the bright flavors of Hawaiian poke, this bowl starts with a base of fluffy tricolor quinoa layered with diced avocado, julienned cucumber and carrot, and tender edamame. A flaky pan-seared salmon fillet crowns the mix, served with a tangy ponzu sauce sparked with serrano pepper.

Didn’t enjoy the vinegar in the sauce.

Amazing

This was actually delicious, but I don’t understand why the instructions were to heat it up when the ingredients included cucumber and avocado. Poke bowls aren’t normally served hot.

The sauce brings it together. Besides loving salmon the other ingredients were perfect. A lovely dish.

The Salmon was super overcooked/dry and the avocado portion was incredibly salty. I think they put a lot of salt to preserve it for a few days so it doesn't turn brown, but it was inedible.
