Meet Chef Andres' Tacos Checa: where Mexican and Japanese cuisines meet in a culinary mash-up that will leave you craving more. These tacos features Japanese-style rib-eye steak, thinly sliced and nestled in soft flour tortillas then generously drizzled with a special Mexican-style chile-infused ponzu sauce. A side of sushi rice completes the fusion dish.

I had such hope, tasted like Steakums. The only thing that saved it was some cheese and a fresh avocado I had on hand. Made day 1

Meat was overcooked. Solid brown and very dry. No taste. Fatty all over. Rice dry and crumbly.

not my favorite...felt like it needed a veggie (pepper, cole slaw, or something). too much rib eye

My husband said these were very good, and the portion was so large it didn't fit in the 3 included tortillas. They definitely did not skimp on the meat!

Tasteless. The rice was just mush, the steak was overcooked and lacked any flavor

It was underwhelming. The ribeye was like leather. I tossed it.
