Mediterranean Seared Branzino

In this Mediterranean-inspired creation from Chef Einat, golden-seared branzino rests over pearly couscous cooked risotto-style with turmeric, cumin, and sweet paprika. Swiss chard leaves are sautéed to soften, while their pickled stems deliver a sharp, tangy snap. Creamy cannellini beans mingle through the couscous, and a scatter of fried shallots adds crunch. It’s served with a bright chermoula sauce bringing a fresh, herby finish.
