The absolute best ingredients speaks for themselves. Here that means a grass-fed skirt steak, seasoned simply with pepper, cooked to a perfect medium-medium-rare, thinly sliced, and served with a traditional horseradish cream sauce. This steak is accompanied by sweet potatoes baked rapidly in a hot oven to seal in their natural sweetness, as well as sweet Spanish onions.

this is one of my favourite dishes. It is sufficient in quantity and the meat is not overdone which adds to its taste.Thank you.

The steak and onions were delicious. The sweet potatoes were bland.

Soooo good!

The steak was tender. Potatoes could use a separate area in the container because they got a little soggy. In the future I’ll follow the chef’s instructions so they get crispier.
