Chef Miriam is serving up French bistro fare at its finest. Here, the crepe is light and thin, providing the perfect canvas for a flavor-packed filling. Inside the crepe, you'll find sautéed mushrooms, fresh spinach, and creamy goat cheese. The earthy and savory flavors of the mushrooms are beautifully balanced by the tanginess of the goat cheese, while the spinach adds a vibrant and nutritious element to the dish. Whether you're a vegetarian or simply looking for a tasty, French-inspired meal, this is a must-try.
