This reminds me of pad thai without the noodles. Sweet potatoes are good. Overall, this is a good meal. It is very mild.

Bacon Egg & Cheese Quiche - FULL SIZE

There was a decent amount of bacon and the crust wasn't bad but it tasted like it had a stronger cheese than cheddar in it, almost goat-y, and not in a good way..sort of barn yard je ne sais quoi. The texture also left something to be desired, a bit mushy and grainy. Would not order again.
