Cantonese BBQ Chicken with Scallion Noodles -

In this dish, juicy chicken thighs are marinated in a Chinese-style BBQ sauce reminiscent of your favorite Char Siu, making them irresistibly tender and saucy. Served up with spring noodles and fresh yu choy (a variety of Chinese broccoli), this dish is a little sweet, a little smoky, and totally delicious!

About Yong Zhao & Wanting Zhang

Chefs Wanting Zhang and Yong Zhao grew up in Northern China, met in college in Beijing, and went to Yale for graduate school. Zhang and Yong shared a common love for the food they grew up with and missed eating authentic and healthy Northern Chinese food every day. They loved the diverse flavors of their home so much that they opened the first Junzi Kitchen in New Haven in 2015 to share their favorite dishes with their classmates and community. Since then Junzi Kitchen has been an institution beloved by Chinese and non-Chinese diners alike, eventually opening in New York City as one of the highest reviewed Chinese restaurants. Through CookUnity, they're excited to share those healthy and delicious traditional recipes with you.
