A bright, Amalfi-style lemon sauce, built from fresh lemon juice and zest, white wine, shallot, garlic, and butter, finishes this chicken breast. It's sliced, topped with a charred lemon coin, and paired with garlicky sautéed string beans.

Was very good! Loved the crunchy green beans!

The dish had a lot of oil/juice that leaked out during cooking. The green beans were also crunchy while the chicken was dry.

Chicken was tender and the sauce is fine, the green beans were a little undercooked
