Shake & Bake Pork Chop

This grown-up nod to the boxed classic features a juicy, Dijon-brushed pork chop coated in seasoned panko and baked until crisp. Underneath, a tangle of roasted Brussels sprouts and Honeycrisp apples gets tossed in a punchy agrodolce, adding sweet-sour snap with every bite. The dish gets finished with a warm mustard sauce.
