Now these are not the kind of meatballs you'll find on top of spaghetti. These pork meatballs have been slow-braised to maximize flavor and tenderness in every bite, then are topped with the delectable braising sauce to soak into the nutty brown rice. You have never had meatballs like these, and you will absolutely love them!

About Yong Zhao & Wanting Zhang & Wanting Zhang

Chefs Wanting Zhang and Yong Zhao grew up in Northern China, met in college in Beijing, and went to Yale for graduate school. Zhang and Yong shared a common love for the food they grew up with and missed eating authentic and healthy Northern Chinese food every day. They loved the diverse flavors of their home so much that they opened the first Junzi Kitchen in New Haven in 2015 to share their favorite dishes with their classmates and community. Since then Junzi Kitchen has been an institution beloved by Chinese and non-Chinese diners alike, eventually opening in New York City as one of the highest reviewed Chinese restaurants. Through CookUnity, they're excited to share those healthy and delicious traditional recipes with you.
