Big, bold flavors straight out of Puebla. Chef Andres dials up the heat with a fragrant garlic-chili rub, searing and roasting beef tenderloin until it’s smoky, tender, and juicy. Roasted sweet potatoes are served next to a zippy salsa verde loaded with tomatillos and cilantro, with a side of garlicky green beans for a fresh finish.

The taste of this one is always great, but about half of the time I get it, the sweet potatoes are extremely undercooked. I would rather have a very soft, overcooked sweet potato than a raw, crunchy sweet potato.

One of the best meals I’ve had from CookUnity. Very balanced and flavorful. This will surely be on my rotation!

This meal is good but could better. It needs more flavor and the green beans were not cooked at all. I feel like this sauce did not compliment it well. But overall it was pretty good
Andres started working years ago in the food industry, he is one of the hardest workers we've ever seen. He worked at different restaurants in Manhattan, the latest one he's been working at is Extra Virgin. He started helping us create CookUnity from the beginning, a year ago, and was always by our side. Now it's his turn to shine at CookUnity with amazing dishes and a thrive for perfection!
