The comfort of a New York deli sandwich, wrapped in golden, buttery pastry. Inside, a rich filling of eggs and cream bakes around smoky bacon, sharp white cheddar, and deeply caramelized onions, with a warming hint of nutmeg. It’s as good for a celebratory brunch as it is for a quick weekday slice straight from the fridge.

it was almost perfect, and to get a whole quiche for a few bucks more is great. The crust was delicious The only issue was the bacon was pretty chewy, but it's bacon, so regardless it's good.

Pro: the flavor. The scrumptious blend that lingers after eating.
Con’s: the crust is doughy on the bottom, Mary Berry would not be pleased.
Overall: A favorite although it’s not a simple reheat.

I turn this quiche into 4 good sized portions to bring into work for lunches. It's the perfect light lunch.
