In this soulful West African soup, known as groundnut soup, Chef Miriam combines ground peanuts and tomatoes with a warming blend of ginger, garlic, and spices. Savory and subtly sweet, this nutty broth is bolstered by tender-baked chicken thighs and roasted sweet potatoes for a hearty touch. Rosemary crackers are served alongside, adding crunch to this culinary experience.
Have ordered before and enjoyed it.
Chicken is tender, however The soup is so sweet. It’s the point of being an edible this time.

It was a fairly large amount/filling and not bad tasting but as people have said it’s on the salty side & very peanutty (I didn’t find it spicy at all) so probably better served with rice. Just ok

I've had the 'stew' version of this, so I decided to try the 'soup'. I prefer the stew. The crackers are a weird flavor, so I added rice to get any texture. It's fine, but the stew version is better.
