Craving something sophisticated and indulgent? Chef Miriam’s exquisite short rib is braised low and slow until it's meltingly tender and rich in flavor, infused with aromatic herbs and the deep, soul-satisfying essence of red wine. She pairs it with a side of scrumptious, creamy Mac & Cheese, made with a blend of Cheddar, Gouda, and Mozzarella (and a hint of adobo spice to keep things interesting) enveloping perfectly cooked elbow pasta. This hearty, satisfying meal will dress up any weeknight—it’s an experience you’ll want to savor again and again.
