Chef Akhtar’s dried cranberry and orange mini loaves are a treat worth reaching for any time. Soft and moist, they’re dotted with tart cranberries and infused with warm notes of orange zest and allspice. A swipe of orange marmalade butter adds a bright, buttery finish that balances the sweetness. Perfect for breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a little something after dinner.
Totally delish. Love these little loaves for breakfast.

They are a little dense but pretty good. They are listed as a single serving but I got more out of them.

Absolutely delicious! I wrapped it in some foil and put it in my air fryer for about 10 minutes to heat it up and it was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is leaving the butter out to soften

Shelf life?? My loaves were dry and crumbly - stale.
