These lightly toasted pita crisps seasoned with a za’atar spice blend are extremely addictive, especially when you have them with Chef Emily's lemon-thyme whipped vegan feta dip and carrot sticks. This is a versatile healthy snack perfect for midday munchies. Or pair it with a big Greek salad and hummus for a full meal inspired by a Mediterranean mezze platter!

I cannot adequately describe how good this is! Not “good for vegan food” but just objectively delicious. The feta dip is so flavorful and creamy, and the za’atar seasoning on the pita chips is perfect

Instructions unclear if dip needed to be heated. Way too much seasoning.

I loved this! A family size portion would be great, but this was a great little appetizer! Very convincing vegan alternative.

This was actually pretty good. My only critique would be to put the herbs that are on the feta in a little container on the side as it was too much for me! Had to scrape some off!

Delicious but should be called whipped feta and carrots with pita crisps because there was only 4
Very small pita crisps - they tasted good.

Wayyyyy too much thyme. I was literally just eating tons of clumps of dry thyme and nothing else.
