Steak was tough. I heated it in the microwave and wonder if that was the problem. Heating it in the oven takes longer than the suggested 15 minutes.

This was so overcooked that heating it up made it in edible. Everyone doesn’t like well-done steak. It should be cooked less so the person receiving it can heat it up and cook it more.

I loved this dish! It was delicious, flavorful, fresh, and colorful. The steak was delivered rare, which was perfect for reheating. The moisture content survived even the microwave!
