Everything tasted great but the ratio of broccoli to sweet potatoes could use some work - hardly any potatoes and an almost comical amount of broccoli.

Balsamic Chicken and Veggies
No need to heat the chicken as it’s a salad. Dressing is astringent so may not need all of it. Next time I will use about half the dressing as overly moist with full sauce cup.
