This dish is made with a fillet of light tilapia coated with butter and parmesan. On the side, you'll find roasted romanesco, a close relative of cauliflower, that's simply delicious and a creamy basil aioli to tie the whole dish together. It's refined yet delectable, and also just so happens to be gluten-free!

First I am not a picky eater, but the sauce was disgusting sauce, way too much cheese. Made me want to vomit.
Will never get this again.

Although I love Tilapia, I did not really care for the taste of texture of this meal.

Was surprisingly good. Best to use the oven when cooking.

Overall it was okay. Pleasant enough to finish. But the cheese slid off and was not actually crusted, more slimy. Flavors were mild. Nothing memorable.

Fish was cooked well, but WAYYY too much butter and the parmesan was like a thick sheet over the fish and there was no other seasoning.
