This dish is made with a fillet of light tilapia coated with butter and parmesan. On the side, you'll find roasted romanesco, a close relative of cauliflower, that's simply delicious and a creamy basil aioli to tie the whole dish together. It's refined yet delectable, and also just so happens to be gluten-free!

The tilapia was pretty good. The sauce was EXCELLENT. Veggies completely bland.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered this and likely the last. The parmesan crust is like a slab of Play-Doh. The cauliflower side was way too old and had a rotted taste. Sauce was good, but that's it.

Nice piece of fish and with the sauce it was very tasty. It had broccoli instead of cauliflower. Seemed like there should have been something more to it… I added a small salad.
