The word “crusted” implies that, at least if heated in an oven, there will be a crunchy crust. No such luck.
The aioli-basil sauce is mostly mayo, very little basil flavor.
Romanesco was good.

Great taste. Large portion of fish cooked perfectly. I also really like the romanesco cauliflower.
