One of chef Tony's favorite dishes recently. It feels fancy but is very simple and light, making it perfect for warmer weather. The cod is flaky and rich, balanced by aromatic basil and slightly sweet cherry tomatoes. Asparagus round out the dish for a satisfying meal.

Everything was good except the asparagus. They were too hard and not cooked enough

I had to add salt that pepper to take it to the next level

I enjoyed this meal but as a mentioned before - what was the sauce? I would rather not have cream sauces. A pesto sauce would be perfect. My sauce spilled into the dish before I opened it.
