Full of fall flavors, yet delicious enough to enjoy year round, this hearty, satisfying dish is made with tender braised pork and roasted, puréed butternut squash. Fennel brings a zippy bite and apples add a hint of sweetness.

Love the squash and potatoes. The pork is very dry and chewy though.

The pork was really fatty and the flavors were bland.

normally this one is one of my favorites, but the squash side had so much pepper in it this time it was inedible. it burned my mouth and gave me hiccups! someone put way too much in.

One of my favorite dishes! The pork is well cooked & full of flavor. I love the crispness of the veggies/fruit with pork. This is comfort food done right! The sweet potato puree is a perfect addition!

Pork was almost all fat, meal was barely edible, apples tasteless, no indication of what to do with mystery sauce in a cup.
