Full of fall flavors, yet delicious enough to enjoy year round, this hearty, satisfying dish is made with tender braised pork and roasted, puréed butternut squash. Fennel brings a zippy bite and apples add a hint of sweetness.

Flavors are spot on. Needs less pork, more fennel and squash.

Puree was too peppery. Meal also comes with a sauce cup (broth?) that is not listed in the directions

This is one of the few pork dishes I’ve tried that had perfectly cooked pork, that was tender, succulent, and delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the veggies had a nice crunch!
