Earthy spiced and roasted cauliflower subs in for the traditional meat, and a cooling herbed yogurt sauce ties the whole balanced dish together.
The sauce was not my favorite but overall it was a filling meal.

I never know if I'm supposed to warm up the sauce or not. It can be a bit jarring to have a warm meal and put cold sauce on it. I personally wanted a bit more spice, but that was an easy add.
