Chef Esther's take on one of the most popular Korean dishes features perfectly chewy glass noodles made of sweet potatoes and savory bulgogi beef. They're stir-fried together in a sweet-and-savory sauce with assorted vegetables including caramelized onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Chef serves it all up on a bed of steamed white rice for a savory, sweet and nutty flavor bomb, Korean BBQ-style.
