This is a harmonious mash up of Chef Esther's classic Korean flavors and a Mexican burrito bowl. Steamed Calrose rice enhanced with butter, cilantro, and lime form the foundation for irresistible sweet chili marinated-then-grilled chicken thighs. About Esther Choi

Chef Esther Choi, chef/owner of mŏkbar, mŏkbar Brooklyn, and mŏkbar Midtown, as well as chef/partner of Ms. Yoo, grew up cooking traditional Korean food with her Korean-native grandmother.
