One of my go-to meals of every week! Very tasty salmon, and veggie’s! The portion size is perfect! It’s packed with nutrition, especially, for who wants to gain muscle from good protein, not gain weight! I add hempseed, chia seeds, and ground flaxseed to every meal I eat.
