This "bangin'" dish from Chef Ruben is a must-try. Sweet and savory and tangy, tender flank steak is packed with flavors of zesty lime, with just a kick of spice thanks to red pepper flakes. To pair with the steak, Chef adds his signature chimichurri sauce, plus a side of simply sautéed green beans and mushrooms.

My husband raves about this. We will keep it in rotation. Green beans were crisp and fresh. Chimchurri sauce excellent over the steak.

By far my favorite meal from cooking so far. I’m going to only be looking for meals from Chef Rubin moving forward.

The taste was a bit bland from what I expected a chimichurri to be. And the steak was too cooked for my taste (over well done) so it ende d up being a bit dry

Green beans are great. Steak is tough and tasteless.
