Pre-cooked meat temperature, slightly overdone for my liking. You can always cook steak more but can’t cook it less during reheat stage

Absolutely positively delicious!! I even ate some of the meat cold before I heated the rest up. The meat was so good and the green beans were yummy as well. I am not a huge mushroom fan but they were very good. I did not use the chimichurri sauce b/c it looked oily and the meal did not need it. That said, it may have been a delicious addition. Maybe I'll try the sauce next time. I will be ordering this meal consistently. Thank you! :)
