Whit's Jerk Grilled Chicken

Whitney on Chef Toben's team taught him her grandmother's technique and recipe to make 'Jerk' that she came to know and love while growing up in Jamaica. The incredible use of spices and aromatics envelopes the chicken and comes out even more after it is grilled. This bowl is nourishing and bright, served with a cucumber-cabbage slaw and spiced butternut squash over a wild rice and lentil pilaf.
