Salmon is pan-fried at high heat to ensure a nice, crispy finish on the outside but a moist and tender inside. Chef Andres cooks the salmon with a Cajun seasoning that's full of flavor and packs a spicy punch. The medium level of heat goes perfectly with fresh avocado sauce and a refreshing cucumber salsa to cool everything off.

Loved the salmon, sauce as well as freshness of cucumber. My only suggestion might be an alternative side and smaller amount of cucumber salsa. Tasty!

very very bland. like unseasoned salmon with soggy cucumbers and a sour avocado dip

The avocado sauce tasted odd and watery. Otherwise ok. Probably won't get again.

cucumbers are the wrong vegetable fir this dish, there was so much fluid in the bottom of the tray it rendered the food unbeatable! NO OVERSIGHT!!!!!

Salmon was good. Did not use the sauce that came with it. Cucumbers were an unusual pairing I would not do again.

I think the salmon should have been sealed in separate container.

This and the Chipotle Salmon dishes were two of the fishiest salmon dishes I’ve ever had. Do not recommend at all.
