This vibrant, plant-based curry brings together soft sweet yams, earthy chickpeas, and the subtle bite of tender cauliflower. Simmered in a rich coconut milk sauce infused with fragrant Indian spices, it’s a deeply flavorful, satisfying dish. Served over aromatic basmati rice to soak up every last drop.
This was good but a little bland. I would have liked a little more yam, a little less cauliflower.

This dish was very bland and monochromatic. If the protein source is vegetarian, it really needs the sauce to be fantastic to carry it. Also it heats up to a mush like consistency.

the tomatoes are too acidic. and turmeric is still raw. at least 2x cook and simmer time. coming from Indian, raw turmeric has too much bite, it needs to be in the sautee early on in cooking .
