Adobo Hanger Steak

Einat’s special adobo spice blend is spicy, sweet, and a little smoky, and makes this super tender hanger steak absolutely irresistible. An herbaceous chermoula sauce made with fresh cilantro and parsley is the perfect accompaniment to cut through rich steak. A spicy harissa-infused potato and butternut squash mash completes this Middle Eastern take on steak and potatoes.
